When I joined Robin's program I just had 10 pounds of “extra Christmas weight”. Well, little did I know how my whole mindset would change. I lost the weight and I’ve kept it off for 5 months now, my blood tests have improved from last year PLUS I have lost 5 pounds of body fat AND gained 2 lbs of muscle. My doctor is very impressed.
